Privacy Policy

This policy applies only to the FRTN Studio website.

Each of our products, such as Spark, will have its own privacy policy and terms of use. Those documents will apply when you use a product.

We collect very little information, and only in the following two situations:

• If you write to us by email, we receive your email address, your name if it appears in your message, and the content of your message.
• When you visit the site, our hosting provider, Vercel, may process standard technical data in its server logs: IP address, browser type (user agent) and time of the request.

The site uses no cookies, no audience analytics and no advertising trackers.

Fonts are bundled with the site when it is built. Your browser therefore makes no requests to an outside font service when you visit our pages.

Your email address and the content of your message are used only to reply to you and follow up on your request. We do not use them for marketing and we do not add you to any mailing list.

The technical data processed by the hosting provider is used to keep the site secure and running properly.

We do not sell, rent or trade any personal information.

The site is hosted by Vercel, which processes the technical data described above on our behalf. Emails you send us are stored in the email service we use.

These providers may process or store information outside Québec and Canada, including in the United States. The information is then subject to the laws of those places.

We keep email exchanges for as long as needed to reply and follow up, and delete them once they are no longer useful. Server logs are kept by the hosting provider according to its own practices.

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold, including encrypted connections to the site (HTTPS) and restricted access to our mailbox. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, however.

We handle personal information in accordance with Québec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector, as amended by Law 25, and, where it applies, Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

Subject to these laws, you may:

• ask what personal information we hold about you and get access to it;
• ask us to correct information that is inaccurate, incomplete or ambiguous;
• withdraw your consent to the use of your information, for example by asking us to delete our exchanges;
• file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec if you believe your information was not handled properly.

We may update this policy, for example if the way the site works changes. The date of the last update is shown on this page. If we start collecting other information, we will say so here before doing it.
